Well down even with TOM lurking about it. I hate getting older TOM either stops for a visit every couple of months or every couple of weeks....I wish he knew he wasn't welcome LOL
152.3 lb Lost so far: 3.7 lb.    Still to go: 37.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
