Still not "Doing Atkins", and got on the scale yesterday to see "205", so I'm not making any headway even though I am eating totally healthy except (of course, there's always something, isn't there?) for the popcorn. Can't seem to stop once I start with that stuff.
Meanwhile, haven't done a thing to further my goal of being able to keep track of my caloric intake by researching the numbers on the foods I eat. Mostly, fruits which I'm eating a lot of. Getting some exercise, but obviusly not enough. Need to work on that, too...
