How Often Do you weigh yourself?
When I am actively following a weight loss plan I weigh myself every two weeks. Basically every third Monday...

Once I have achieved my goal I get weighed every morning...

When my weight is UP by 3 pounds or more I go back to my plan...

Primarily I see myself as an "Atkins Lifestylist", however not being perfect I tend to go overboard with the fruits and vegetables when I've reached a goal - where else are you going to get the amount of antioxidants one needs every day??? (Of course, I also supplement, but...)

Bottom line is that I'm 'on Atkins' for two weeks, then off for two weeks... I try to ensure I burn off what I take in, but I haven't found the secret to that 'cure' yet...
