After some months without exercise and not bothering to watch what I've eating or drinking, guess what? I've put on nearly a stone.
So it's back to watching my daily intake.
200.2 lb Lost so far: 9.3 lb.    Still to go: 19.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
