Okay so I went off the wagon! I plan on starting a low carb diet plan and hopefully that will be easy to stick to. Mostly I need to watch what I eat and stop snacking at night. Oh yeah, I need to get of my lazy butt and exercise too! LOL I will go out today and walk with the dogs around the lake.
159.0 lb Lost so far: 26.5 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
