Tomorrow I weigh in.

I'm looking forward to it in a way. This weekend is the Canadian Thanksgiving. So there will be a lot of food around here on Saturday. I need to mentally rehearse what the whole day might be like. I want to enjoy the day with my family but I don't want to totally go crazy food wise.

I wonder if I should budget a calorie overage? Maybe 500? It sounds like a lot, but that could be my slice of pumpkin pie with ice cream! Or my extra serving of gravy and stuffing. I really need to think it over. Maybe I will post a question in the forums.

I would definitely plan to eat more that day. However, that doesn't mean you have to go overboard. Also, take a football with you and try to get the family to do something active instead of just sitting around the table eating and talking all day! Good luck!
