I am a snackoholic!

Looking at all the data from the last few weeks I realize I snack so much. I guess I really need to make sure my snacks are healthy.

Diet Calendar Entry for 29 September 2010:
1280 kcal Fat: 39.62g | Prot: 73.14g | Carb: 168.56g.   Breakfast: water, Instant Coffee (made from Powdered), Raisins, Quick Oatmeal (1 or 3 Minutes), 1% Fat Milk. Lunch: Tap Water, kraft signature, pork souvlaki, salad. Dinner: water, green beans, gravy, corn on the cob, pork loin, White Potatoes (Flesh and Skin). Snacks/Other: almonds, oranges. more...

It's amazing what we find out about our eating habits when we are honest with our tracking. I can answer my own questions about why I'm not losing and make the effort to fix the issues. We can be our own worst enemy sometimes.

Shocking isn't it, Lucy, when you actually log what you eat, how different it is from what we perceived it to be. I think that we all find that when we first start logging our food. Good job identifying a problem and coming up with a plan to rectify it!
