sngglebnny's Journal, 09 July 2013

This week I have bounced up and down from 189 to 191 and back to 189. Every time I see 191 I get scared that I'm going to get stuck in the 190's for another six months. Every time I see 189 I breathe a sigh of relief. It's just that I don't really know how this happened. It is really good to see that "8"!!!

The rain drove me indoors for too long. Now that its sunny, I lack motivation to get hot and sweaty. I do not, however, want to lose this rock hard muscle in my legs. So...tonight we wash the gym clothes so I can run tomorrow.

Your very welcome I'm having a really hard time getting back to dieting. Went off my diet for a party and having trouble giving up the wheat again going to try again though especially since I live in the middle of Amish farm country and have all the fresh veggies. I have lots of tomatoes growing but didn't get all the gardening I wanted so doing container gardening and vertical gardening. Wish me luck.

It's always hard to get back on. Weird, huh? I've also got tomatoes growing in the backyard. I had a late start on them due to this or that getting in the way, but I'm excited to have tomatoes, jalapenos, squash, zucchini, watermelon, and cantalope from my garden this year.

I've got the tomatoes , green beans, green peppers, cantalope and oragano that over wintered from last year. have had a few ripe tomatoes already, I always get one fourth of July tomato they are little but you always get a tomato or two before the fourth. then i have the really big tomatoes that can weigh up to a 8 to 10 oz. or more but they got a late start because I started them from seed. next year i'm starting them in the end of February instead of April. then I have the tiny salad tomatoes and the plant is so full of tomatoes i'll have enough for the whole family. had a cucumber plant too but a bug got to it and it died. Need to enrich the soil next year and i would like to build a raised bed so everything is close to the rear of the house, Talk to you later
