I only had 734 cal today. I slept extremely late. Lol. I am sure to eat some more fruit before bed.

i used to have a low calorie diet for months . trust me you will regret as me . bad effects : loose and bad skin ability to have diabetes blood pressure bad moods feeling dizzy and powerless ...etc but if you want keep going on this kind of diet the minimum of calorie are 1000

that is awfully low. unless you are doing the 5day/2day diet. have you heard of that? i'm thinking of trying it. you fast (only 600 or so calories on fasting days) for two days out of the week and then eat basically what you want (try for healthy-ish) for the other five days. it's supposed to help reset your metabolism. I don't know if it really works or not...but i've done two day fasts in a row and been miserable. but i thought this might be doable. of course i have been so out of control lately...but i feel like talking on here will help. had Kefir for breakfast and just had a banana for a snack. YUMMY.

I usually eat WAY more calories than that. I am eating between 1200-1500. I am eating lots of veggies too which is low in carbs. I have heard of the fasting diet. I don't know if it works but I don't think it sounds healthy.

Tmcalli read up on that one first. Tarekm I already have diabetes which is why I have to watch everything I eat. So I eat pretty healthy. I guess yesterday I just didn't have an appetite. I did want to snack late last night but I fought the urge. I love chips and dip.

All i know is when you cook dinners at home they are better than anything i could get at any restaurant.Your awesome and i'm glad we're doing this together.

I do agree about the cooking dinners at home. They are way more delicious. I forgot about your diabetes sorry about that. Proud of you for keeping it under control!
