My new motto: Fat IS the secret. By my figures, I've eaten 1,282 calories today. I feel full, feel fine, brain sharp as ever. How is it possible? Because my intake is mostly healthy fat, backed with some protein and a higher than usual intake of good carbs, but not enough to kick me out of ketosis (fat burning). So today was my one day a week for the steel cut oats...they were fantastic but tomorrow it's back to the bacon and eggs fried in coconut oil for breakfast.

Yup! Wife just got back from the store with some expeller pressed Sesame oil. I've been wanting to make Enig's oil blend and now I have all three to do it with. :)
