Been really busy trying to get everything ready for our vacation next week. We are going camping, leaving Monday and coming back Friday. I have bought food to take with us; Brats, hot dogs, steaks and hamburgers. Typical grill foods. I'm going to be taking my kettle bell with me, just bought a new fifteen pound yesterday. I started off using a ten pound, but it just doesn't challenge me anymore so its time to move up! If it doesn't challenge you, it won't change you!!! Sooo eager to weigh in Monday morning. Anticipating a good solid loss. Plan to keep losing weight while on vacation, that will be a challenge and a half but I'm up for it! I figure I will do my kettle bell routine in the morning, and stay active during the day with hiking and chasing my kids around. My mental goal right now is to get into those damn 30's, but I'm confident I will make that goal by Monday so I'm already starting to focus on getting out of the 200's all together. My goal when I started back in march was to be out of the two hundreds by October and I really think I can make that goal. I mean you can only do what you can do, I'm not going to go all crazy and starve myself but the goal seems feasible. I don't remember seeing the 100's since grade school. How sad is that?!?! Oh well, I'm rambling now lol. I hope everyone is having a great weekend!!!
