happy 4th of July! today is beautiful and the weather moderate. Yesterday I golfed and kept within my carb limits. I am having a pork chop and stir fried veggies for supper. I haven't thought about lunch yet. Everything is going fine, I will have to crack down on my carb count in order to consistently lose weight.
