My body is screaming from all the housework yesterday.. sore muscles in places I didn't even know had muscles lmao... It's going to be hard to do my new exercise regimen today. I only did my AM Yoga yesterday and I had a mid-day abdominal and an evening cardio/toning workout(s) planned. I need to be on the ball, but my sister needs my help with her Home daycare, so it takes the majority of all my time to help out with that. I have been living with her since my separation from my husband.. he is still in jail and that makes me feel safer, but the 11th of next month is the next court date that pertains to him violating the protective order. The judge told him the first time he violated the order that if he did it again he would spend time in prison as a second offense felony violation of a Domestic Violence Order of Protection. We still have not started trial in superior court for the actual attempt of strangulation, but I am awaiting the Subpoena to tell me when to come. It is all such a long process. I have alot on my mind, but being at the top of my health is a top priority, among other things.. but that is what I am on FatSecret for so I should stay focused lol. well, I should go finish more housework so I can have some time to relax. I will ttys FS!!
