Discovered a fun ice cream substitute: Slushy and Shake Maker by Zoko. last night made a low calorie slushie with chocolate soy milk. Yummy!:-D (Zoku will not work with sugar free beverages.)
122.8 lb Lost so far: 1.2 lb.    Still to go: 0.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
