Last weekend was the anniversary of my 43rd birthday again and I celebrated it this year with a barbecue, so as well as the rubbish eaten at the barbie, I've been eating the leftovers- out of the freezer- ever since. I gave away the ice cream and the cupcakes last night, as well as the lemonade and that stuff you dilute to drink, not forgetting the burger buns I hadn't taken out of the freezer- I got far too many. Grandperson no 6 helped me to eat the chocolates on Sunday am while we were watching tv. This weekend is a benefit gig for my grandaughter at the local pub- once that is all over it's definitely back to almost mormal thank goodness.
166.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Normal??? I think that your parties were normal and will come again and again. Do how do I (and you) learn to eat more sensibly through all of these? Happy anniversary/birthday...today is my wedding anniversary and I am asking myself these questions as I need to get through today and the 4th of July celebrations. Ideas??
