Lilly, is your problem eating or exercising? If it's eating, try to give yourself a goal. I allow myself one cheat a week. Whether it is a sweet tea from Sonic, or something else...okay lately it has been sweet tea from Sonic, I mean that just screams summer. Try meal prepping. Cook up enough meats and good carbs and prep veggies to last you a few days, so when you go to get something to eat it's all taken care of and all you have to do is heat it up. Find healthy alternatives to your favorite foods...I eat clean strawberry pancakes for breakfast the majority of the time (I just mix the batter up and keep it in the fridge, then cook me a few in the mornings). If it's exercises try finding a monthly challenge to do (Sisterhood of the shrinking jeans does a monthly challenge every month). Most importantly, don't let one mistake throw you completely off track. We all have a bad day, week, etc. The key is to shake it off and start back over.

Thank you aliiecat777. I wasn't aware anyone would read this. I am taking your advice. I have done some meal prepping. My biggest problem is work, we eat out all the time. Mainly Mexican food. I have had this problem for a awhile. I am not fond of fajitas and not sure what else I could eat with feeling satisfied and not over doing it. I am a nurse and have no time to snack. So by the time I get home I am starving again, which leads to being lazy and ordering out. I have lost 30 pounds recently, but I wasn't working as often as I do now. Cheating was not as often and I was losing the weight rather quickly.

Fajitas is my go-to for Mexican restaurants. I tend to avoid them because it is soooo hard to say no to the chips, salsa, cheese dip, and other yummy things that are so bad for you. Maybe taco salad without the cheese? Or grilled chicken topped with salsa? Work is hard for me, too, because I'm in my car a lot and don't have access to a microwave to heat my food up. Since you are so busy at work could you keep some raw almonds, cashews, or walnuts with you? They are healthy fats and pretty filling. My car is full of different kind of nuts for when I am out and can't get to anything healthy. Some of my favorite meals are ground turkey with homemade taco seasoning (garlic, onion, paprika, chili powder, and cumin), on an Ezekiel bread tortilla with some brown rice...Or skip the tortilla and put the turkey and rice on a salad and top with salsa. I also like to just grill up a bunch of chicken and then I can mix it with brown rice and broccoli, put it in a salad, eat it plan. Yum. I hope that you are able to find a system that works for you!

Thanks you have some good ideas. I will have to try some of them. I am on a low carb diet. I am very sensitive to gluten and sugar. I can easily gain 4-5 pounds in a day (mainly water weight). So I try to stay away. But here lately I have been in bad habits. Thanks for the support. It has gave me that extra push to try harder and that there are great ideas out there.
