Went on my first bike ride this evening on my new (second hand bike)!
It was a short 3 mile ride after dinner with the kids - it was lovely we all enjoyed it - however I'm going for a hot bubble bath now just in case my legs ache tomorrow!!

Haha, that's the only problem when you haven't ridden a bike for a while.Watch out for saddle sore.I got a gel seat cover for mine.Was a god send.Well done on getting out there.3 miles today, more to come. Children are a good incentive for helping you along.

I know what you mean about the saddle - I think i'm going to treat myself to a 'slightly' larger padded one - for the bigger bottomed lady!!
