I've realized that FatSecret's food tracker is indispensable. I don't typically have a regulated meal schedule, and sometimes even forget and skip meals, then overeat (or eat stuff I shouldn't) when I'm hungry and irritable, which only makes me more irritable.

Now that I've realized the problem, maybe I can use this to regulate my pattern. I've already set alarms on my Blackberry to go off every three hours during the day, from 9am-9pm (I'm trying to eat 5 meals a day to keep my metabolism up with no blood sugar drops - what usually turns me into Ms. Jekyll). Anyone have any other suggestions?

Your suggestions are great! From using the food tracker I've discovered I have a major snacking issue in the evenings. I've been trying to spread out healthy snacks throughout the day and keep busy in the evenings. It's a start.

That awesome. Keeping healthy snaks close to hand ar e amust too. So if you get the least bit hungry or a craving you can kill it immediately with somehting you KNOW is healthy!
