I want the same body I had in my teens (Don't we all?) but, even though I'm a fitness instructor, never seem to get my own desired, consistent level of fitness. I have a tendency to "be on the go", so I also have a problem skipping meals. I plan to use FatSecret's tracking features to try to fix both problems.
I LOVE the free fitness tool at www dot fatburn dot com! It has a more detailed calorie counter for your activities, so you can input exact info into your FatSecret fitness tracker. It even lists calorie counts for things like Fishing, Frisbee, Housecleaning, Kissing, and Sex!
