I feel really happy.

The bump last week was from ordering hot wings. The next morning, I felt really, really bad; a hangover. I like seeing the results on the scale. It is very motivating. I also have restricted gluten. The only "flour" has been a bag of 100 cal pretzels on Sunday with a Jif to Go. I think that is a reasonable treat/ meal no more than twice a week. I have also been restricting my salt intake since the weather here in the Northeast is becoming hazy, hot & humid.

I still need to start exercising though......
