Well Didnt really have an idea that I could drop so much in one day but I guess I am hearing that this is all water weight in the beginning. So I am down a bit and its motivating.
I am feeling a bit weird on Atkins, not hungry just groggy/foggy. I guess this is to be expected. I can imagine all of the food chemicals that are stored in those fat cells as well, and as they start coming out of the cells I wonder if things wont get worse.
I remember when quitting smoking I had made up my mind to quit and come hell or high water nothing and no exuse and not one cheat made me one of the 3 percent of people who quit cold turkey and stay quit.
I know food addiction is just as insidious. It truly is. I find it just as hard. But my resolve is all that is preventing me from sticking to it.
