I'm starting anew. I've become accustomed to a diet too high in processed foods and sugar. I'm working towards a healthier lifestyle. More to come.

We are both starting over and I like it. I am keeping it simple. I am doing Paleo Diet my way: No flour, no sugar and no fried food. I do it 6 days a week. I take either Friday, Saturday or Sunday off. On Monday I am back in the saddle. When I started this plan last year, I bought a Turbo Oven at Amazon. Best $49.00 I ever spend. I also bought a Misto Oil Sprayer. If I want it to taste fried, I mist it with my oil sprayer(be patient with it)and put it in my Turbo oven and it taste as good as fried. I do "Turbo fried chicken, potatoes, sweet potatoes and more. My family was afraid when I first got it but now they love it too. A microwaved sweet potato or reg potato is my best friend. I love salads but the dressing was doing me in. I tried several fat free dressing and finally found one I like. It is Walmart's great value fat free Italian dressing. I like Aldi's brand even better. I have to like the taste to put it in my mouth so I find food I like that works with my plan. Keep up the good work. We are on our way. :) Willie
