Checking out this Fat Secret thing. I know it probably thinks that fat is fattening, aka bad for you, but my understanding is that it's actually mission critical to maintaining good calcium stores, which are mission critical to maintaining healthy bones which is critical to maintaining healthy levels of adult stem cell production.
But we're going to see if the program is agnostic. I'm guessing that it is.
