One more day in the 24 day challenge and its working. I do not feel hungry and have so much energy still. Loving Advocare. At 63 I need all the help I can get to keep me motivated and energized with out that freaky revved up nerves effect. I haven't had a cup of coffee in weeks.
157.1 lb Lost so far: 0.9 lb.    Still to go: 12.1 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
