just switched to the Fast Diet - Day 1 of Fast was easy and not i'm on a feed day. Not sure what the result will be but I have to take weight off. I joined here back in April at 186lbs and by doing nothing I managed to climb up to 192lbs. It might be my age but I'm active - I try to run at least 3 times a week about 6 to 7 km each sessions.
So bring it on.
