OK not sure but i have 3 scales at home.one is a digital I just got but i weighed myself on the 2 regular and they both say different so i went out to my vehicle and brought in my digital and that's the weight in going by.it says 140 so that's what I'm logging in as.I know I never gained the 5 lbs but i didn't have an accurate reading and a little upset about it but at least now I know and i swear today.NO JUNK FOOD.counting calories and Exercise more to achieve my goal...
