25 pounds ... that is what I gained in the past three months. I had been doing so good. Then my husband, daughter, and I all got sick and with that the diet & exercise went out the window. I know it's not a valid excuse but it happened. For the past decade I have yo-yo'd up and down in weight. I'm now less than 10 lbs away from my heaviest weight ever. IT'S TIME TO STOP THE GAMES! There is no excuse for this. The transplant has given me more energy than I had before. I'm tired of seeing all the success stories. I want to be one of them. And I will. It's time. My time is NOW!
