I love my life. Almost. There's only one thing that would make me get rid of that almost. And that's my weight. I havent always been overweight but I'm right about 100 pounds overweight and I've had enough. I quit smoking. I quit drinking soda. I've had a kidney transplant. I moved. And that all happened in the last 4 months.
I'm 32 and a stay at home mom. I spend too much time being inactive and now that my daughter is getting ready to start school for the first time, it's time for me to get ready to get back into the working world.
First goal: 220 lbs (My approx weight pre-transplant)
Second goal: 190 lbs (Under 200 for the first time in years!!)
Third goal: 175 lbs (My weight when I met my hubby)
Fourth goal: 160 lbs (Just 20 lbs to go!)
Final goal: 140 lbs (My weight when I graduated high school)
I'm giving myself two years to lose it all. That gives me a very realistic goal of averaging less than 1 pound a week weight loss.
