Sick today and stayed at home. Joined fatsecret.com. Have been watching weight for nearly a week, keeping away from refined carbs especially and have tried some hypnosis apps on iPad. I want to do this. I managed not to eat goodies at work over the past week, and have not got baked goods at coffee time either. Those are hard things for me to say no to
