Yesterday and today my husband and I did wii at his office for two hours a day! We played tennis and bowling and sweat like pigs because there was no a/c in the bldg. over the weekend! I know I lost something. We did, however, have potato skins and pizza before that so perhaps it evened out. We split a beer. We split breakfast every time and feel very good about that. I bought a Hershey bar and let my husband dish it out slowly after every meal. Now I just need to not pig out on Monday when he goes back to work. let's have a very conscious week of noticing what we are doing right and pat ourselves on the back. We deserve it!
