Regular eating is a challenge for me. I think half my weight problem is just that -- irregularity. Beginning with my senior year of college, I haven't maintained a regular eating or sleeping schedule, and that's led to a general decline in well-being, both physical and mental. I suppose it's about time I do something to arrest that decline. I may not lose weight right away or anything, but perhaps adding some consistency to my life will at least make me more comfortable with it.
