I feel like I did pretty good with my food intake not the best but not my worst. Now is the hardest time of the day night time when all I want to do is snack.
I did not get to walking my 20 minutes around the neighborhood but I did go grocery shopping which counts for something.
Tomorrow I will be making up for it because it will be yard work day to prepare for fathers day barbeque on Sunday with the family.
