Gave up after 1 week of no major carbs. I need to start over and be focused, and I love fruit and bread too much. I will probably do my own diet version - a mix of the diabetes diet, weightwatchers points, and south beach. It worked great for me in the past and I was never hungry. It fits into my lifestyle better, too.
