Time to get serious again. I've been slacking on the diet and no "real" exercise. too much sugar around the house from Birthday piniata candy, endless birthday cake, etc.
The stress of looking for a job and trying to settle in to a new state has not made it easy either. I'm amazed that I actually dropped weight since August!

wow. Since I realized that I eat when I am stressed, and am focusing on not turning to food for that, the weight is melting off.
I am also listening to my body and stop eating when I am full. No more "clean your plate" syndrome!
I had a job interview last week. haven't in over 7 years. Glad I checked my wardrobe, my suit pants looked like MC Hammer wore them! Treated myself to a new suit for the interview, looked great, and am waiting for round 2 interview.
