Good Morning
I got up at 5:30 and walked 4 miles it was hard getting up because I am the type if I don't have to get up for work then I am going to sleep til 7 or 8 but sense I have the summer off I have a mind set that I don't have to get up early but now I am. I have always gotten up at 5 and gone to work but now that I am off for the summer I don't really have to but now I need to get up to exercise so I don't put on the weight or should I say more weight. My goal, not my plan. is to get up early before it gets hot and walk 4 to 5 miles a day the first day is always the hardest but I know I can do it. Still working on the food part I need to plan better but I am a work in process.

Ur doing rite...if u keep up ur normal routine by still getn up @ the same time then u cn jus add ur exercise plan...it then bcomes a part of ur daily activities!!! Ur on the right path of the training process!!! U go gurl :)
