Well I think I really done it this time I hurt myself so now I am going to put the exercise on hold for today I have workout sense Sunday so I guess it won't hurt to take a break. I didn't eat so well last night but I am back this morning had a spinach mushroom cheese omelet and some whole grain toast so not doing so bad I hope to feel better tomorrow for more exercise have a good day.
