Managed to lose another pound..kind of shocked..the kids were sick this weekend so we ended up eating a lot of take out ( not even good take out ) but hopefully now that everyone is better i can get back on track..I did manage to walk everyday though.

I've found that the best take out is a chow mein. A restaurant portion on WW is only 8 points. That's only 1 slice of pizza from Pizza Hut - equally nice but on a day with lots of saved points!
