Its a shame, but only after all these years, i found out the proper BMR and calories that i should be consuming as base case. No wonder i have been feeling constantly tired and down on moods - if i am right about this theory, my weight should increase to 200+ lbs soon, at which point i need to switch to cardio exercises to cut into belly fat. I tried kickboxing for couple of sessions and gave up on it, as i found out i could not do what i used to be able to do very good, when i was 33. LOL - reality check.
