For some reason, I have not been able to stay focused lately. I believe I am now 100% focused to lose the weight. I had a great talk with my brother last night that has gotten me refocused. I am sick of being overweight! I am going to be 40 next March. I want to meet my goal by then! Back on track! Yeah me!
