After the vacation I was on complete rest or laziness took control and did all the crazy eating watching scale going up and finally took control on eating after not fitting in my new pants.
Started running on threadmill for 10 miles, it was difficult but went slow and reaching the goal.
Today is rest day, food was conservative, need to work on the workout on friday.
