blech if I didin't know better I would think it was that time of the month. I have been hungry what feels like all day. I keep putting good snacks in and feeling full and satisfied, but then I get hungry again way to soon :(

I know what you mean girl, I've been like that today too. I bought a huge container of Chinese fresh veggies and have been eating off it all day. I get hungry, eat more veggies, and get full. Repeat! lol We all have days like that, it may help to do a little volumetrics on days like this.

Same here...it is getting that time of the month for me and along with the kids plucking my very last nerve, I have eaten more things than I should have. Thank goodness it only last a week!, but my kids last a lifetime.......

Well, looking at it, 4134 minus 1714 is 2420. This may be the point where your body is starting to catch wise and rebel a bit. Besides veggies and proteins, I find that sukanjubin (made with splenda instead of honey) is really good for feeling like I am having something while doing minimal damage to the calorie count for the day.

I have been doing a lot of Yogi Teas which I have on hand and they DO help, for awhile :)
I am aiming for a floor goal of a 1800 calorie deficit and ideally above 2k. Only because I am finding the 1800 I was hitting fairly regularly and I want to stretch I am also aiming for between 1200 and 2k caloric intake so I don't go into starvation (hey panic we need to STORE belly fat) mode.
