My freezer is filled with bluefish filets. A lot of people told me that bluefish has a very strong "fish" taste and a not many people eat it because of that, but I wanted to try it anyways.
I found this recipe: http://allrecipes.com/recipe/super-summer-grilled-bluefish/ ...which seemed simple enough for me (I've never cooked fish before) and had a lot of good reviews, and I made it tonight.
It was good! I guess the citrus neutralized the fishiness of it, but it also wasn't too citrusy. I overseasoned it a bit, so it was a little spicy, but otherwise it was really good. I'm really happy I'll be able to eat all that fish sitting in my freezer. And if I go fishing again, I know that I can catch these suckers and actually use them.
