from Aug. 8th to Sept 19th, I have lost 11lbs, I started this diet July 26th weighing 172.8 , I have lost a total of 21lbs in 7 weeks, which is good NOT great but good, however last Nov. I weighed 186.9lbs so in reality I have lost much more, before even starting the diet, I have 26 lbs to go, to reach my goal weight, but I'm aiming to loss 5lbs more than my set goal weight, my goal weight is 125lbs and I'd like to get down to 120lbs. just for the challenge of it!!! I still have a long ways to go, but it took along time to get fat as well, so I know it's not going to drop off over night, just have to keep my chin up and not get so frustrated when I don't see a change on the scale, because I always feel a change in my clothing, energy, mood :)..so this is my own reminder of that, so quiet getting down in the dumps, your doing good!!!!

NOV. 2009 to July 2010 went from 186.9 to 172.8 pounds lost= 14.1
July 26, 2010 to Sept.19,2010 pounds lost= 21.6
total for both=35.7
I'm only tracking my Atkins success weight loss, this is just a reminder to me were I once was and never want to be there again!!!

Wow! That's not good, that's amazing! I struggle to lose 2 pounds a month. You lost 3 pounds a week. Great job!
