I promise I won't go on like yesterday. I was stressed out the last couple of days.

Today, I am going to donate the clothes that I cleared out yesterday. I may wash my van today while I'm out too.

I weighed in this morning and I stayed the same. I was so upset at first, but I am thinking Aunt Flo is coming soon. I can't think of any other reason. I did fairly well with points this week.

I think I will go to Curves this morning to start the day after kids are off to school. Then I can do my running from there. I don't usually do Curves two days in a row, but I have to do some other things tomorrow. I will get up and do my walking video tomorrow morning to start my day. I hope, hope, hope I don't get sick. My throat is a bit scratchy and I hope it's not the start of it all.

UPDATE

I've had an epiphany of sorts if you will. I weighed in on my old scale as I have been all the while I would occaisionally step onto the WW scale sitting right next door. It has always weighed heavier. I am not at all happy with the readings I have been getting on the old one so today is the day. I am going to switch to the digital. I am going to have to record a gain, but I think in the long run, the small losses in ounces will be better for my spirit. So here goes.....

153.9 lb Lost so far: 17.1 lb.    Still to go: 18.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Gargle with salt water! Take vitamin C and suck on some zinc lozenges! Oh, I hope you don't get sick, too. Good luck with all of your errands. The scale will catch up with your progress eventually. Just keep the faith!
