Day 4 of restart induction. I am starting to feel smaller. I know that it is likely water weight, but honestly I was feeling so clunky and uncomfortable I am fine with that.

Diet Calendar Entry for 08 June 2013:
1142 kcal Fat: 70.98g | Prot: 104.88g | Carb: 19.83g.   Breakfast: Bacon, Broccoli, Cheddar Cheese, Scrambled Egg, Coffee with Cream. Lunch: Kirkland Signature Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast, Kroger Large Pitted Black Olives, Bell Peppers, Goats Cheese (Soft), Turkey Breast Meat. Dinner: Garlic, Lemon Juice (Canned or Bottled), Cos or Romaine Lettuce, Cucumber (Peeled), Tomatoes, Olive Oil, Beef Tip Round (Trimmed to 1/4" Fat). Snacks/Other: Publix Diet Lemon Lime Soda, Torani Sugar Free Raspberry Syrup, Skinless Chicken Breast. more...
