Well, who knew? It's just 2 weeks since I started interval training and already I'm past the feeling that I might have a cardiac arrest after jogging for just 30 seconds! I'm doing just an hour every 2 days and using my cross-trainer on the other days, for the lower impact on my knees and feet. While I can't quite say I love jogging yet, there are definitely regular moments of actual enjoyment! I'm amazed that there can be such a difference in fitness levels in so short a time.
