Trying to take on more sensible calories each day, trying to stabilize the weight loss.

More exercises now, multigym and cruncher 5 days a week but need to increase the daily amount as only taking 20 mins to exercise.
171.0 lb Lost so far: 43.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.7 lb a week
