I am lower on my walking in week 1 than expected because of exercise classes. I won't be able to make most of those classes for the next 2 weeks so I will be walking A LOT more.

I'm reporting 8 miles so far, for a total of 8 miles.
163.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
