I am so frustrated. According to the charts I should be losing weight like a mad woman, but instead I gained 7 lbs overnight! This sucks.
307.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 132.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

ok, that IS weird! It's not possible to gain 7 pds overnight...I looked at your meals from yesterday, and it's possible that the burrito and fish sticks were packaged/processed (as oppsed to home-made), they might have been high on salt and other bad stuff, hence giving you water weight gain. Just drink a lot of water (3 L or so) today, and eat plenty of veggies etc., workout, and you'll see a drop tomorrow. good luck! and don't get frustrated--just try something different!!

I agree. Its definitely water weight. Whenever you are going to eat anything that has or you think has a lot of sodium... drink lots of water alongside it. It'll cushion the blow a bit. AND... Soda has sodium too... so even if you drink diet soda ( i don't know if you), its still not that good either.

I don't know anyone else's opinion on this, but I think it's a bad idea to weigh yourself daily as fluctuations like this are bound to happen (and can be very discouraging when they do). I only weigh myself on Sunday mornings so I'm able to see an entire week's worth at once and reap the reward from that.
