I know it might be hard to do, but go back on Atkins for 2-3 weeks...and stick to it like GLUE...you don't have to get their bars, or frozen meals, but lots of fish, chicken, yes, beef...salads...sunflower seeds, cheese (not a lot, or you might have problems lol). Stay away from fruits, flour, starches...if you need crunchy and salty, get pork rinds - 0 carbs - I know you'll lose some, and you might be surprised! get the sausage patties from Walmart, hardboil eggs...you can do this! and if they have them, La Banderita low carb tortillas - 8 to a package for less than $3 - they make good wrap sandwiches...
